If you do the NJT I've found these Streamlined cars to be an easy mod.

California Zephyr
Pennsylvania black roof
New Haven black roof
Penn Central black roof
Atlantic Coast Line black roof

I've included the four at the end if you'd like to match the black roof on the NJT E8. The MTH pictures show it without the black roof but their old Premier ones didn't have the black strip across the windows either.

I might end up doing the roofs black but currently I've only worked on an NYC Coach.
