They used to sell lemon juice in "lemon-shaped" bottles at various grocery stores. The shape was a little rounder than a lemon, but the size would be about right for a giant orange (or lemon for a lemonade/general citrus stand). Haven't seen one in some time, but they might be out there. The other alternative would be to make a mold of an orange and cast one from resin. Just a thought. I remember those stands when I was a kid.
