Looking for PRR o scale decals

I have two K-line 18 inch cars I kitbashed to more closely resemble a 70 foot PRR mail/baggage car and a 70 foot baggage car. I have looked online but can't find the set I need. I am ready to decal these cars and would appreciate advice on the following:

1. Dry transfer vs. wet decals.

2. Best brand.

3. Where to buy.
