Tiffany, FYI to duplcate the black stripe with white letters above no painting is required. The whole strip is a decal. Evans Hobbycal has a white background. Its made to be used with an inkjet printer.

Simply create the text above in you favorite word processor, reverse the text and background colors and print. The printer will apply the black ink leaving the lettering white. Then cut out the strips.
