Lousy Kalmbach Customer Service

I recently received an e-mail from Kalmbach offering a 15% "father's day" discount for certain DVD products, so I decided to look into the offer. When I clicked to the next page, there was a "warning about Win 10 compatibility" link that was broken, so I sent them an e-mail asking what the warning said. Here is their answer:

"Unfortunately, this item is not compatible on Mac OS Catalina 10.5, Windows 10 or newer operating systems. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please let us know if we can assist you further."

And then they wonder why their sales are down?
