Madison Hardware, Glen Uhl, and Other Custom Lionel Items

I've always been curious about the type and number of customized Lionel items made by Madison Hardware, Glen Uhl, and other Lionel wholesalers and retailers in the Postwar and early Modern Era (such as the Three Mile Island cars). Below is one piece (from Madison Hardware) that I have in my collection. I am not talking about the club made cars and releases, but pieces made for or by hobby retailers and suppliers.
