MAKE YOUR OWN YELLOW DECALS QUESTION

I need a little info as to if anyone makes their own yellow decals. Mine are coming out transparent and just don;t show up.

Does anyone have a tip as to how to make yellow decals that show up on back backgrounds ??

Any ideas or help is appreciated.
