Nice flats but I would have put more emphasis on the loading dock areas to make it more adaptable to R.R. Industry. I would have changed and raised the bay doors to freight car door height and added a bottom base. O scalers really need more of these types of buildings. Looks like these could be modified by the consumer if desired?
