Ont Sou I have tried using a tweezers to work the actuator rod with no good results.

Dallas Do you mean reversing the wires to the brushes?

I have found an old Marx motor that works in both directions for the 238 Torpedo and has a low e unit for mounting.

But I still have two motors that go only in reverse (but are not needed for now) and two Marx 999 that only have reverse I would like to fix or at least go in forward. What is with these Marx motors that they like reverse or fail in reverse?
