That one appears to be shipping from Asia. I'm not sure how the "supply chain" is affecting shipping times but similar modules are available fulfilled by Amazon which ought to have faster delivery. For example:

Unfortunately I have yet to find a combination of search words that gets you right to a suitable module. Searching for "AC DC step down buck converter module" will usually get you very close though.
