Marx Repair Tool(s)?

What do you use, or if there is a special tool, what is the source of a tool or tools that will pull driver wheels off the axles of Marx, and press them back on, while leaving the rods in place undamaged? I had a wheel puller from somebody, but it broke,,,think it was from one of the scale brass parts companies, maybe.
