Marx Single Reduction Motor Commutator Replacement

Hi everyone! I have a big problem with a Marx 999, the commutator slips on its shaft! I've tied all types of glue and washers for this but it keeps breaking free. It needs to be replaced. How can the commutator be replaced without pulling the wheels off?
