max transformer power rating?

Okay I bought this monster in 1997 but am curious as to its real power output.
Input voltage 125 volts @ 4.8A
300VA to each track
Output voltage 12 amps @ 25 volts has 2 throttles.

Can anyone tell me what the output watts are to each track.

Thanks for any help on this.

By the way it weighs 33 lbs !
