That's actually how Menard's does it. Take a close look. Other items say shipping and Delivery or Ship to Store.

The "Sold In Stores" is how Menard's keeps an ongoing product in front of you, when it's out of stock. Whenever they release more, you will see the Shipping and Delivery line.
