I had the same thing happen. CA'd a styrene strip & drilled new hole; it didn't work...wound up removing entire turnout and replacing.

Let me know if you get it to work.

The ME plastic throw bars are just too small and fragile. A real weak point with my Tortoise stall motors since I have to slightly enlarge the hole in the throwbar for the Tortoise throw wire.
