We got home to Arizona from our York trip earlier this week, via Amtrak of course. During our layover in Chicago, I finally went to the famous Roosevelt Road overpass and got some photos. Now I know why that is such a great train watching spot!

The massive signal bridge and trackwork has always fascinated me.

And finally, mid-afternoon there was plenty of commuter train activity beginning
