Have I somehow failed in my writing skills?

I am hoping for some one to spend a little time to convert with a computer this plan from HO to O scale. It does not have to be precise as it will become a working space as I will be able to see what space is required to work with.

I have not been very good at drawing other than on pencil and napkins. And tend to waste a lot of trackage become surplus trying to fit everything together.
