Reply to "Mike Mulligan and A PRR Mikado"

I haven't seen an article that lists the  locomotives that later served as stationary boilers, but I think it was fairly common around the world, if the locomotive wasn't immediately scrapped, donated, or allowed to rust away on a weed infested siding someplace. I do know that you see it being mentioned occasionally if you're reading an article on a particular locomotive or class of locomotives.
