Lionel and Plasticville both make o gauge pedestrian bridges.

I like the Lionel version, but I would need to modify it.
I need to remove one star on one side, and the other star on the other side.
I would also need to remove 3 to 4" from the center walkway.
How hard are these to modify?
O have a Dremel tool for cutting.
Are these made of styrene, meaning, can they be glued with airplane glue?
1. I would need to patch railings into the landing openings where the stars are removed.
2. I would need to reattach the upper walkway, where I remove the the 3 to 4".
