No, I worried about that, Dennis - as absent minded as i get anymore . . . its my U-boat alright!!! And i'd know once I started it, the SD70 is older and has that sort of generic "I'm a diesel" railsounds or whatever - the U-boat on the other hand has the most impressive sound of any loco I have: you really can't compare it to steamers but in a very real way its sound is better than even Vision steamers -- its the only loco I own that makes me go "wow!" in a big way when I hear it. Not sure why its sound is is so special, but whatever it is, it has it in a big way.
