Missing car ????

I have an A-F standard gauge 'piper' eng, with tender and three 18" (?) cars combine, coach, and observation. a friend said the set had 4 cars, and the 'diner' was missing. This is not the President cars, so did this set have 4 cars, or just the 3 I have ????????
