It would be fairly uncomplicated to build.

From scratch it is basically 4 walls laminated with whatever panels you like plus a flat roof. Several manufacturers sell round house windows. Plastruct sells I-beams, trusses etc for the inside. Just make sure the walls are thick enough so that the structure does not 'sway in the breeze'. I saw one made from 20 mil stock that would be impossible to pick up if not for a base. I have some basic info I can post on functioning roll up doors.

You could also start with a kit like Korber #MRS1132 - O Scale - 2 Stall Engine House Kit (Brick) and ask about changing the brick walls to solid walls #MRS1011 - O Scale - Kendall Manufacturing Background Building Kit and making the kit longer or shorter by panel sections. Rich used to do this all the time when he owned Korber. I'm sure Steve Nelson will accommodate too.
