Whoops-I meant UL. When I owned ZW's, I always had them connected to a power strip (with an On-Off switch). A friend had his connected to the lighting breaker in his train room. Those recommendations do not impact the basic risk of an electrical item about 50 years old with a 20 amp capability...my opinion.
