Couldn't agree more. I fear that the same applies to motherboards, as I am also unconvinced that Lionel will be offering any replacements.

Lionel needs to state its position concerning these issues and explain why it arrived at its position to all of its customers. Maybe Lionel believes that if you can't repair one of their engines, you will be forced to buy a new one to replace it. mad
