Well all this equipment looks like they are replacing missing or damaged ties on that industrial spur.
these two are moving saw's and tie replacers. they will cut the ties inbetween the rails, Pull out the cut sections and then insert the new tie in its place.
This machine here is a ballast grader/ brush to push the ballast back in between the ties and brush any excess ballast off
This is a Ballast tamper. after the ties are inserted under the rail, the arms will vibrate the ballast around the new ties.
