TRW, when I first got the loco on my main loop with a ZW it was constant. I then put it on another loop with a KW it was kinda random. I then hooked up a CW80 and that made no difference. When I reversed wires on the ZW loop it became random making me think that the track might be part of the problem. Sometime certain pw tenders will whistle without being activated. like I said above track needs to be cleaned anyway and I'll look at the foam in the tender over the weekend.
