I have the NYC ABA F-3's dual motor pulling 7 aluminum pas. cars ran it a lot. Never had a problem with the gears. I think I bought the set in 1983 or 84. Man that thing has many miles. Every now and then I put it on the track and she still runs as good as it ever did.
