Thanks for explanation Ryan, it’s important to hear the context of the company’s decisions. I work for a company in a small niche market, so I understand the stresses and compromises that come along with it.
From my emails with Steve today it sounds like a solution for us disappointed folks is possibly in the works. So I’m keeping hope alive that a middle ground can be found.
