MRC AC Sounder???

I've had the MRC AC Sounder in my Williams E7 for some time now and seems to work great.

Problem is, I haven't run it in probably 5-6 months.

It's been sitting on a shelf the whole time, with the battery still installed.

Should I remove the battery or let it sit inside?
