MTH 16 OHM 5 WATT 50MM Speaker

Looking for a replacement speaker for a PS2 5V engine. 16 ohm, 5 watt, 50 mm. Does anybody know what I could use as a replacement, I have some 16 ohm 50mm low wattage speakers, not sure what the amp puts out?

MTH is out of stock on the 5W and 3W speakers, no ETA on recovery.
