If it's used, or you don't want to return it, you could make the eyelets out of piano wire or metal guitar string maybe.  I find when curving or looping metal it helps to wrap it around something a bit smaller than the target size, do several loops and then cut off the extra after you have it "set".  Obviously you will probably have to heat treat it.  Another option might be a donor shell from the big auction site.

I contacted the selling dealer, it is new, he told me to contact MTH.  According to their web site these parts are not available. I can try the bay. I would send it back but i don't think he wants me too.
