I contacted the selling dealer, it is new, he told me to contact MTH. According to their web site these parts are not available. I can try the bay. I would send it back but i don't think he wants me too.

Is it "New" as with factory warranty? Or "New as in many years old" stock?

"No parts for sale" doesn't always mean no parts available for warranty repair.
