If you go to there web site top left down a little you will see search MTH products enter your product number 20-3103-1 . it will search for the item. when the item comes up and sometimes several will come pick the one you want. In this case only one shows , click on the picture. A window will show giving info, click on support. then you should see several Icons , the highlighted ones are active. You will see sound files,manuals and 2 small gears and large gear, this is where you would click and get a parts guide. However no part guide is posted. They do not post many, even but not all the part number are any good. Best bet take a picture and send it to Midge at MTH. or call them. also you can down load 2015 Premier steam Locomotive Part Guide 1st editon from MTH Web site and idea what they call the part.

Thanks for the tip....trying to get parts for this thing is silly......Midge is out of work right now, I tried to call her today...I tried my best to navigate without her help....boy I miss her! ...but I understand, she’s got a life to lead too........I hope all is ok with her, and wish her nothing but the best...calling her makes it simple......Pat
