If two ITADs control a crossing gate, you have the situation where they conflict (one ITAD triggered, other ITAD not-triggered). One ITAD would be driving the gate down, the other would be driving the gate up ... Do not pass Go, Do not collect $200!
One solution is a relay triggered when either (or both) ITAD is triggered. You then hook up the NO and NC outputs of this relay to the crossing gates(s). Refer to this posting.
