MTH Car Wash problem

Hello,

I have an MTH 30-9104 Speedee Car Wash that has been acting strangely. On occasion, the notch on which the car sits gets stuck after it goes into the wash, rinse, dry cycle. Also, the belt on which the car moves makes strange rattling noises. Because of this, I have to push the car by hand to keep the car moving forward

Can somebody please help me troubleshoot the problem? Any ideas on what I could do to fix this?
