Check the remote to see if they are still in the active roster.

I now think I see the problem, I didn't realize that there are a bunch of engines, that somehow got into the inactive section of the remote. I have been trying to figure out how to get them relocated into active, but so far my instruction book (edition #5) has still got me stumped. Somehow I did get something to power up, but unresponsive to remote actions. Any ideas??
