I'd avoid Just Trains of Delaware if I were you. My wife purchased a DCS remote from them last fall as a birthday gift for me. She paid for it in full, and since then, they haven't returned any phone calls or emails from either one of us. I'm well aware of the back order situation, but how much effort does it take to return an email or phone call?
