I've not had that issue and it seems like you've tried hard to make it work for you so you may have already tried what I am going to suggest. Just the same in a couple of experiences I've had with lashup issues I found by breaking the lashup apart running the locos on their own individually then reconstructing the lashup I've been able to get things back to normal. For the most part I've found the newest app and TIU software versions have been working well with all my MTH loco's and I've only had a couple of issues with Legacy loco's.
