@David Cooper...I have no issue with either a Premier GG1 (die-cast) or a Railking F40 (plastic), both PS2.

Maybe your Coal Turbine and Traxx were/ are not properly set from the factory or MTH testing...a proper factory default reset with a DCS system may/ should solve the issue.
