Just got the new MTH catalog and lots of the locomotives, actually most, now have a dull paint finish instead of gloss. And many of them now come already weathered. Since I weather everything on the railroad, I think this is a great idea. It looks much more realistic, as much as O gauge can ever really look realistic. Of course, I'll still add my own personal grunge to the equipment when I eventually buy one of these new locomotives off of some auction site a few years from now.
