I was just looking at the CNJ diesel roster, plain switchers ( not road switchers ) were all numbered in the 1000 series no matter the horsepower. You could make some green toothpaste stripe units and number them 1095 to 1099 ( 1094 was he highest used for a SW-9 ) .
