Reply to "Mth Mohawk return or repair for third time"

So sorry to hear about your troubles. What I don’t understand is why after the second or third try they just don’t replace the boards and start fresh. They obviously get the boards at cost. Wouldn’t be better to eat the cost of a set of boards than lose the customer?

i wish you good luck in getting this very nice locomotive repaired.
