I would consider it and add peaked ends if needed. Beggers can't be choosers.
Coal hoppers are difficult as many designs were RR built thus rr specific. Not to many designs [until the modern times[2nd generation] that coal hopper designs became mfg specific and went across many rr lines.
Personally, I would like to obtain some N&W H2 hoppers as the PRR leased them as well.
