To bump means that when someone comments, it “bumps” the post back to the top so it is the first thing someone sees.

Seriously???!? Jim has been nothing but a nice guy and loves commenting on ALL dealer’s custom runs. He is not allowed to do that? Last I checked, he is allowed.
