I agree. In the past MTH was very supportive of Three Rail Scale that way. And I’m about worn out doing conversions. If MTH ever offers these AC4400s in the versions delivered to UP in the 90s, though (not the SP repaints offered here) I’d spring for one or two. I dabble a little in UP from that era, and that’s why I picked up this CNW version to run with some UP power. (And yes, I just recently finished the pilot conversion). Maybe next time MTH can run this variation in UP with no flag or lightning stripes:

I picked up the most recent one with Proto-3 and scale wheels with the plan of fixing the pilots on the Proto-2 powered/dummy pair I have. Ran it with scale wheels in place at AGHR. It's in a stack in my garage at the new place. I recently picked up scale pilots to install on the hi-rail AC4400's and have a set of scale replacement wheels.

Like the pilot detailing you did. It looks like you replaced the snow plow and hoses.
