I wonder why the prominent New England dealer doesnt jump on the custom run bandwagon? Seems like enough material given the high density of north east roads both past and present as well as their numerous, obscure and interesting paint schemes over the years. The mainstream thinking seems to be B&M maroon, New Haven McGinnis and NYC with some B&A thrown in) and MEC yellow but there were other schemes applied to both engines and rolling stock for commemorative events, CEO whims, other RR shortlines, etc etc to at least float the idea with potential customers.
