I’ve had this happen before, too. Those holes where you can’t put the roller has actually had the inner nut move or get dislodged from its place inside the truck block. You’ll need to remove the truck block, and push the nut back down into place for the screw that holds the roller. It takes 4 rollers like all Premier diesels with the 3/2 block
