Rick, unfortunately, it looks like both of the runs of the Lehigh Valley FA A-B-A sets that were run did not come with the 3/2 trucks. The item # for future reference are 20-2241-1 and 20-20057-1. I don't know which set you have exactly with out the road numbers of the locomotives. If you wanted to you could potentially look at finding the truck from a later run of the locomotives that have the 3/2 capability, getting one from the parts store to test for compatibility, and if it works out converting your whole set to the later version trucks with the 2 rail axles. Hopefully this helps.
