MTH PS upgrade kits for smaller scales?

I think Marty F already posted on this, but I will ask anyways.

I'm waiting for any news on smaller PS3 board kits to fit in small O scale engines. For example I wanted to put something in my Lionel trackmobile that had sounds and would run on DCS.

Can regular users buy the MTH S or HO scale replacement boards?
