MTH PS3 Engine Issues after Sound File Change

Having some issues with this.

I uploaded the a new soundset from the most recent Premier version to my MTH Railking PRR Torpedo K4 with PS3. The new sound file did not have any chuffing and the whistle was very "choppy", meaning it had no beginning or end if that makes sense. I re uploaded the original sound file in (I should note, without pulling the new sound file out of the engine) and now it sounds fine except now I have no lights at all. I have performed both a feature and factory reset on the DCS remote but still nothing. I am very new to this stuff and still figuring it out. Please help!
